The men and women of the Vista Fire Fighters Association are honored to serve the residents of this great city and fire protection district, and we proudly dedicate our lives to providing structural firefighting, paramedic services, rescue and other emergency responses to the citizens of Vista.

Mission Statement

The mission and purpose of this Union shall be to protect the membership from any species of injustice.
To secure just compensation for their services and equitable settlement of their grievances.
To promote the establishment of reasonable working conditions and strive constantly for their improvement.
To improve the efficiency and professional standards of its members and the fire service.
To foster and promote a better understanding among fire service members, elected officials, appointed officials and the public.
To cultivate friendship and fellowship among its members.
